Dexcare is looking for a Product Manager to join our cross-functional team and provide customer-focused product leadership. You will set the vision for a complex problem space based on deep understanding of user and business needs, as well as industry trends. If you can speak to technical, clinical, and operational audiences and clearly articulate DexCare’s value proposition and solution offerings; and you are looking to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, look no further! In this leadership role, you will capture the voice of the customer and translate it into the product roadmap and coordinate internal resources as necessary throughout the sales process. 

Role is based out of our Seattle HQ (Eastlake area) 2 days/week.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs of patients, providers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
  • Define product vision and roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring products to life
  • Develop and manage product requirements documents and user stories
  • Track product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in Healthcare and eCommerce technologies
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products from concept to market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an agile development environment (a plus)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems preferred

$115,000 - $130,000 a year
The salary range for this role is from $115,000-130,000 Equity.
